ConstructOS specializes in construction project controls and scheduling, providing expert services to help construction companies manage their projects effectively. We understand that accurate scheduling, cost control, and forensic analysis are critical to project success.
Our team brings extensive experience in construction project controls, scheduling methodologies, and forensic scheduling analysis. We work with clients to build comprehensive schedules, maintain accurate cost and schedule updates, and provide expert analysis for claims and disputes.

Two Divisions
ConstructOS operates through two distinct divisions:
Consulting Division
Our Consulting division provides professional scheduling services, schedule builds and updates, forensic analysis, and project controls expertise. This is where we work directly with clients to build schedules, maintain updates, and support claims and dispute resolution.
Technology Division
Our Technology division develops innovative solutions for construction projects. This includes XER2XLSXGANTT (coming soon), which converts XER files (Primavera P6 format) to XLSX (Excel) format, making Primavera schedules more accessible and easier to work with in Excel.
XER2XLSXGANTT (coming soon) helps construction professionals who need to work with Primavera P6 schedules but prefer the flexibility and familiarity of Excel.

Our remote services include schedule development, updates, forensic analysis, and reporting - all delivered with the same level of expertise and attention to detail as our on-site services.
